Dye-sublimation printing is now the dominant technology for polyester and synthetic blends: sportswear, fast fashion, soft signage, and home décor. An industrial dye-sublimation printer prints onto transfer paper that is then fixed to the fabric with a calender, delivering vibrant colors that stand up to washing and light.
Our Atexco line covers every production volume: from the Model X (200–400 m/h, 8 Kyocera printheads) for growing shops, through the Model X Pro (430 m/h, up to 10,000 m per day) and the multi-ink Vega X1, up to the Model H, the flagship with 16 industrial printheads and 700 m/h, capable of producing 15,000 linear meters per day. For maximum-definition work we offer the YQ-1804TX Plus with Epson i3200 printheads at up to 3600 dpi.
Every machine includes installation and commissioning by factory-certified engineers, operator training, warranty, and the backing of original spare parts with shipping across Latin America.

Which dye-sublimation printer do I need for my volume?
For outputs above 10,000 m per day we recommend the Model H (700 m/h). For mid volumes of 3,000 to 5,000 m, the Model X Pro or the Vega X1. For growing shops, the Model X (200–400 m/h). Our team advises you free of charge based on your fabrics, widths, and production goals.
What do I need besides the printer to sublimate?
The complete process requires: a dye-sublimation printer, transfer paper (31–60 g), certified sublimation inks, and a calender to fix the print onto the fabric. At ATS Service we supply the complete solution, including the electrical infrastructure (transformers and voltage regulators).
Do you include installation and training?
Yes. All machines include installation and commissioning by Atexco-certified engineers, operator training, and advanced 2-week training programs at the factory with lodging included.
