DTG and UV Textile Printers
Dual-station DTG printers for printing directly onto garments (t-shirts, caps, bags) and UV printers for rigid and curved surfaces. On-demand customization with 9 colors.
DTG (Direct to Garment) technology prints directly onto finished garments, t-shirts, caps, bags, sneakers, with no transfer required, ideal for on-demand customization and short runs with photographic detail. Our dual-station ATS DTG produces up to 95 pieces per hour with 9 colors including white (KCMYKOGW).
UV printing rounds out the portfolio for hard, flat, or curved surfaces: acrylics, wood, metal, phone cases, and promotional items, with durable, waterproof ink and raised and gloss effects.
Both technologies use environmentally friendly inks and come with installation, calibrated color profiles, and training included.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between DTG and dye-sublimation?
Sublimation works on polyester and light-colored fabrics, transferring the image via paper and a calender. DTG prints directly onto the finished garment, including cotton and dark garments thanks to white ink, with no transfer step. For one-off customization or short runs, DTG; for roll-to-roll fabric production, sublimation.
What garments can the ATS DTG print on?
T-shirts, caps, bags, backpacks, and in general any garment or textile piece with a printable surface up to 9 mm thick, on 70 × 90 cm platens.
What output does a dual-station DTG achieve?
Up to 95 pieces per hour per platen in bidirectional mode, with resolutions from 1200×600 to 1200×1200 dpi.
